KOBI separates work from personal automatically — every conversation is classified by AI before anything is logged in the CRM. Negotiations, follow-ups, scheduling — in. Family, friends, group chats — out, with no transcription and no storage. The processed-contacts list is always editable: you adjust it manually whenever you want.

We recommend WhatsApp Business with the official API — it's more stable and what we run in production. In some cases we integrate with personal WhatsApp via a dedicated device, on a case-by-case basis.
